Our Organizational Chart

Our CEO has been involved in the Malampaya Deepwater to Gas Power Project in late 1999 to 2004 as the Head, Security Secretariat of the Malampaya Inter-Agency Technical Working Group (TWG). His superiors then were DOE Undersecretary Ben-hur Salcedo and DND Undersecretary Feliciano Gacis. He authored the Malampaya Security Plan which paved the establishment of the Joint Task Force Malampaya that effectively provides security to the Malampaya Gas Platform and its facilities from 2000 onwards. He is part of the group that wrote Proclamation 72, a President’s directive to create an imaginary highway at sea for the laying of the 504 kilometer-pipeline from Malampaya Gasfield in El Nido, Palawan to Tabangao, Batangas. For neutralizing the intention of the PAMALAKAYA at Bulalacao, Mindoro to stop the gas pipelaying of Shell Philippines Exploration (SPEX), he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Medal (OAM). He has a Master’s in Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Master’s in National Security Administration from the National Defense University in Beijing, China. He is also a Fellow in Security Studies (USA) and Fellow in Defense Studies (China). He retired after serving the AFP for more than 36 years and received a monthly pension of a Commodore.
