Ms. Lilibeth A. Regidor
Ms. Regidor has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. She is a successful entrepreneur. She owns Gallivant Property Management Property Services. Her business is leasing condo units and sub-leasing them to tenants. Last year her company was sub-leasing 600 units to foreigners. She was once a top seller of Ayala Land Inc.
Ms. Rosita C. Lao
Ms.Lao and her husband Vicente Lao own the multi-billion Vic Lao Construction Company based in Davao City. Ms. Lao is a successful businesswoman. Her company has constructed infrastructure projects nationwide. At present, Ms. Lao’s construction portfolio is worth several billions of pesos.
Mr. Intuan B. Alam
Mr. Alam is a successful entrepreneur based in Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat. He is known among friends as a banana magnate. At present he owns a 200 hectare-banana plantation and expanding. He exports his produce to the Middle East and Japan.
Mr. Ramon Z. Amolan
Mr. Amolan a resident of Cotabato City, is an Economics Major. He has a Ph.D. in Public Management. He is the former DILG/DOTC Undersecretary of the Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). He is the former Board Director of the Southern Philippines Development Authority (SPDA). He used to be the Senior Political Staff of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Central Committee. He served as the MILF’s liaison to the national government.
Ms. Juniza P. Magana
Ms. Magana a resident of Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat has a Bachelor in Agricultural Technology from Sultan Kudarat State University. She has good intra-personal skill. She handles External Affairs and community coordination.

Mr. Noel L. Felicia
Our CEO has been involved in the Malampaya Deepwater to Gas Power Project in late 1999 to 2004 as the Head, Security Secretariat of the Malampaya Inter-Agency Technical Working Group (TWG). His superiors then were DOE Undersecretary Ben-hur Salcedo and DND Undersecretary Feliciano Gacis. He authored the Malampaya Security Plan which paved the establishment of the Joint Task Force Malampaya that effectively provides security to the Malampaya Gas Platform and its facilities from 2000 onwards. He is part of the group that wrote Proclamation 72, a President’s directive to create an imaginary highway at sea for the laying of the 504 kilometer-pipeline from Malampaya Gasfield in El Nido, Palawan to Tabangao, Batangas. For neutralizing the intention of the PAMALAKAYA at Bulalacao, Mindoro to stop the gas pipelaying of Shell Philippines Exploration (SPEX), he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Medal (OAM). He has a Master’s in Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Master’s in National Security Administration from the National Defense University in Beijing, China. He is also a Fellow in Security Studies (USA) and Fellow in Defense Studies (China). He retired after serving the AFP for more than 36 years and received a monthly pension of a Commodore.
